Embodiment & Pleasure Guide

I help people create new relationships and intimate connections with themselves.

A lifelong curiosity about sexuality and its intersection with spirit and the sacred has shaped my path into this evolving field of embodied healing and experiential learning.

I see sexuality as an essential part of the human experience, a doorway to wholeness and aliveness.

My journey into this work was not purely academic; it was deeply personal. There was a time in my life when I felt profoundly disconnected from my body, navigating addiction, trauma, and relationship patterns that left me numb, dissociated, and far from my own inner knowing. I know what it is to feel untethered from oneself.

The path back was not instant or linear. It required courage, support, and a willingness to meet parts of myself I had long avoided. Slowly, I began to rebuild trust with my body, my voice, and my worth.

Somatic and embodiment work helped me come home to myself. Slowly, compassionately, and sometimes imperfectly, I began to inhabit my body again. I learned to feel instead of bypass, to listen instead of override, and to meet myself with care and awareness rather than judgment.

This work realigned me with my voice, my boundaries, and my capacity for pleasure and presence. It continues to do so.

Embodiment is a relationship with Self, a journey, and a practice.
One that evolves as we do.

Through my training and personal exploration in this field, I developed skills that transformed how I relate to touch, intimacy, and pleasure and how I show up in my life. Confidence did not arrive as a personality trait.
It arrived as a practice.

I began to notice.
To listen.
To choose.

Agency became something I could feel in my body — the knowing that my desires, boundaries, and voice matter. That my no is a complete sentence and my yes is sovereign.

The first time someone asked me how I wanted to be touched, I cried. Not out of sadness but because the question itself was revelatory, a moment of being met in a way I did not realize I needed.
To be asked is to be seen.
To answer is to know yourself.

Within safe, supported, somatic spaces, I explored pleasure as something that lives within me, not something to chase or receive from others. That shift is profound and liberating.

I learned to slow down and tune in.
To take responsibility for my own pleasure.

I learned to feel at home in my body.
To welcome the full range of human emotion — joy, grief, rage, tenderness, and delight along the way.

Because pleasure and embodiment aren’t about perfection.
It is about presence.

I support courageous explorers who wish to deepen their relationship with themselves, their empowerment, and self-discovery. My offerings are informed by extensive training, hands-on experience, intuition, ongoing studies, practice and lived wisdom.

I am formally trained as a Somatic Sex Educator, Massage Practitioner, Holistic Wellness Coach, Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork Guide. I maintain professional membership with the Somatic Sex Educators Association and adhere to their Code of Ethics. My work is trauma-informed, heart-centered, and grounded in respect for each person’s sovereignty and pace.

I believe that developing conscious awareness of our sexual energy and breath can support vitality, expansion, and overall wellbeing. To fully embrace who we are, our sexuality must be included and not supressed.

I welcome men and women of all sizes and shapes in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.

All of you is welcome here.
